  Clean and paint all the existing piles.
• Remove Cathodic Protection System
• Remove & Install Bollards and Fenders

• Sulphur Dredging.
  Removed Sulphur from area around the existing Jetty using a grab. Divers surveyed the area once works completed.

• Industrial Terminal Existing Jetty Survey.
  Three thickness measurements were taken of every pile and photographic reports, showing the full condition of the piles, were submitted.
